Shipping Methods

We offer three shipping tiers at checkout:

• Standard Shipping — 5-7 business days, $9.99.
• Express Shipping — 2-3 business days, $24.99.
• Overnight Cold-Chain — next business day, temperature-controlled packaging, $45.00. Recommended for temperature-sensitive compounds.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been placed, viewable any time from your account dashboard.

Packaging

All temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped in insulated packaging with cold-chain materials appropriate to the product. Lyophilized (dry powder) products are shipped at ambient temperature unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via the Contact page with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your order has not arrived within the expected window, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
